We have recently started a range of DVDs called Fitness Journeys. These DVDs are designed for use with Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Steppers and Exercise Bikes. Put a TV in front of you, play the DVD, and go for a virtual walk, jog or run in peaceful natural surroundings.
Speeds range from a walk to a running or biking speed, with most of the tracks being a fast walking pace.
These Fitness DVDs use the sounds of nature to further enhance the peaceful, natural atmosphere.
